Hosea 11:1; “Out of Egypt I called my son.”  This is applied directly to Matthew 15

Matthew 2:14-15; That night Joseph left for Egypt with the child and Mary, his mother, and they stayed there until Herod’s death. This fulfilled what the Lord had spoken through the prophet: “I called my Son out of Egypt.”.

Hosea 3:5  But afterward the people will return and devote themselves to the Lord their God and to David’s descendant, their king. In the last days, they will tremble in awe of the Lord and of his goodness.

This verse is fulfilled in Christ as He (Jesus Christ) is the righteous King who descends from David and has an eternal, everlasting rule. This is also cited in 2 Samuel 7:12–16 and other books of the Bible.
